Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. And we do not accept return except damage of products. Before delivery, we will show you for your approval. Since the delivery confirmation we take for granted that you accept the painting itself.
Refunds (if applicable) For paintings which not satisfying you or meet your needs, you could request full refund after our 3 times try of amends. For damaged goods, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All custom orders needs 15-30 days to perform the painting, And we would adopt Fedex, DHL, UPS or Ali logistics upon your local situation, Typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays specially if International Shipping takes place.
